Indian Railways — complaint regarding the rude behavior of ticket clerk and their shirker from work

Hi Consumer Cell,

I would like to inform you that I was going to Hazrat Nizamuddin to drop my relative on 25th March 2018. When I was going to purchase platform ticket, only two clerks were working over there and one is standing to his seat and when I asked him that why you are standing then he just replied that there were no ticket as of now. When I went to purchase ticket on the counter where ticket were issuing then I asked to him that why these all seats are vacant, he replied that there were no tickets, that why, he is standing. Clerks also don't have their badges. I asked name of the clerk who is issuing tickets to the passengers then he replied my name is Prem Kumar and also replying that can I have to tell my address also, I didn't replied to that. After that he abused me that go away otherwise I would beat you than I replied come and beat me than he came outside and catch my color than a person came in between us and relaxed him and a security person also came and told me that why are you fighting with him than I told to the security person that I didn't fight with him and that clerk was caught my shirt color, than security person replied he is a government employee, for this kind of incidence you would be send to jail than I didn't replied to that security person. After that, I decided to send a mail to consumer cell so that they can fix these type of issues will not take place in future or their should be remedies for these kind of incidences. Last but not the least, The clerk who is standing vacant has opened his Almari and took out ticket and seated on his seat and I have three photos of that counter. The person who is sitting in photo was not working as you would be able to see the vacant row. Now number of question arises like why clerks don't have their name badges, why they were become shirker of their work, does Railway have any rules and regulations to control these type of incidences, why they are behaving in a rude manner, why there is no separate lines for ladies, handicapped and senior citizen and what should be done to fix these type of issues.
In my opinion, Consumer cell come front to fix these type of issues. You have to fix these type of issues otherwise public would be suffer for that.
