Indian Railways — delay in arrival/worst service

I have been travelling since a long time through indian rail but i must say its a worst ever transportation service. It takes a huge delay in arrival.
Sometimes they stop the trains on not mentioned junctions. If any junction is out of stoppage then why do they stop the trains there.
And if train is already late then what's the requirement to stop itbon outer. Are those junction. No.. I am pissed off

All time face this problem counter open before 5 or 10min departure of train

And my family bought 6 tickets, because of the crowd in the train, we could not get it;Tickets were withdrawn if they cut 50%, 24.5% is cut, why cut more,
First of all do not have the way of talking...How to talk to a female-And the ticket holder said back, do it again.similarly assisted passenger is in railway
