Indian Railways — delay train please help | |||
My self Kiran from Kerala I have faceing the main problem delay for the train (56716) so many working people depending on this train including me but all the day evening 3 hours delay the arrival time in Trivandrum 4.40 PM but the train will be come 7.00 PM, it's an major issues, and so many complaint we are registered the railway web site but no response from the side we have no idea for next what to do ? On 10.02.2019 while booking ticket from Cuttack to howrah under TATKAL quota for the next day journey my account has been debited twice each for Rs.415.49p where as I could book one ticket. Payment made to One 97 communication has been debited from my account wrongly. I want refund of same at the earliest.
