Indian Railways — Delhi university railway ticket counter official

I am akshay i booked the ticket from delhi university railway ticket counter but ticket counter official did not entered the mobile number to his system or to my ticket which i mentioned in the ticket booking form due to which i was unable to cancel my ticket online and therefore had to bear the lose of ₹ 3255/-, i want my refund.
