Indian Railways — dirty bed roll

I have boarded the train no. 12684 seat no. 24 coach b 3 from k r puram to ernakulam today on 18th february 2020. Bed roll supplied was very very dirty, used, and torne. There was no packing and found on seat loose kept prior to start of train. Towel was not given. Supplied only after request to me only. On request to attendant he flatly told whatever we got we have given.
May i hope for quick response.

I booked my two wheeler from Bangalore to kottayam..booked date 17/02/2020 booked number[protected], but till now not reach my destination. After that contacted Bangalore parcel service office they said me till now not loaded your bike..they didn't give me proper answer SLR number 182068
