I have booked a tatkal ticket from Katihar to Jaunpur vide train no.09306 (2 AC 3 tier) but the ticket got cancelled by mistake during our process of checking status. However we booked another ticket again but money has gone, Kindly arrange a refund against the same booking cancellation so that we do not suffer the financial loss for such unwanted mistakes. please look into the matter seriously.
