[Resolved]  Indian Railways — electronic refund of train ticket pnr nos.[protected] & [protected]

I have cancelled the pnr nos.[protected] & [protected] tickets on 20 mar 2020, but no electronic refund received yet. I have contacted customer care and ticket counter but no fruitful results achieved. Please refund our money at the earliest as we are facing financial hardship due to lockdown.
