Yesterday i am [protected] travelling from jammu to delhi by train no. 12478, during the journey, mr. Joginder kumar, miss behaving with us.
Which is not acceptable for us, we are citizen of india, i can proudly say we are taxes payer of this country.
And your department is service provider of nation. Please look in to this seriously.

I booked my bike from Delhi to guwahati but did not recd bike parcel till date . PRR no is [protected], train no is 12424, dt of booking 7 September 17, dt of loading is 16 September 17.

I go to book dormatry at srikakulam at booking office on duty staff told that online link is not available it is not possible to book dormatr and added manual booking is not available. They have no response.
