Sir we have explained all the facts to the ttes they have not given any respect and demanded us as without ticket passengers. Sir kindly look in the same and arrange refund of the penalty claimed and kindly train the tte behaving in respectable way. Becuase of my health issues i am unable to reply immediatly. Kindly look in the same and communicate and arrange refund of the penalty. If it is possible kindly give us the reserved ticket charges to me.
