I had booked two tickets in second ac for date 17/08/2022 for my parents (PNR [protected]) in Azad Hind Express (Train Number 12129)
I got message a day before the journey date than train is late for 5 hours from originating station.
I filed a TDR on 16/08/2022 citing reason that train is late for 3 hours and passenger not travelled.
The reason is valid and genuine and I should get my full refund but the TDS status is showing as "CR REPUDIATE"
Indian Railways denial stands invalid and it should be reversed as my parents didn't travel and I had to rebook their tickets to alternative train for the same date through which they travelled.
Pls refund my entire amount as my case is valid and genuine.
TDR claim and alternative tickets both are attached.
