I am traveling in train number 12716 sachkhand express and I have charged for dinner 120rs without curd and water .i asked him about price and told him about government price bt he charged me same.When informed the manager he just laughed sarcastically and demanded obey. Also no menu card provided on demand. All passengers who ordered food were cursing the rlys and govt please take some action. Expect the present rly ministry to deliver what they are promising if actions being taken to improve their services.

Our luggage theft between station AMRITSUR AND DELHI.we lost our all luggage including 2 mobile (1 iphone 7 and 1 samsung), 1 hand purse, 3 big bags, 1 Titan watch with important documents and adhar cards. please do needful.
