Respected sir,
This is kuldeep mishra. I have booked 6 tickets from myr to coi
All are sleeper class and the train no was 11093 on date[protected].
Only one ticket was confirmed.
5 tickets was not confirmed. So i called to customer care within 24 hours. Customer service assured me that your money will automatically deposite to your account. But this is not happened till now.
Please do me a favour...
Please provide me money back for 5 unclear tickets
