Indian Railways — forcefully fine taken only from me

I am Adv Pankaj Patil, 5B, Gurukul coloney, Jalgaon Maharashtra, 425002, I was travelling from jhanshi to Jalgaon on 9 June 2018 by Goa Express, I was having 3rd Ac waiting tickets, myself, My friend Dr Leena and my sister Adv kusum patil were travelling, our reservation could not be confirmed, so we taken General superfast train tickets and were travelling . At Bhpal one civil dresssed tiket checker with beard came and forcefully taken Rs 1200 from us only he also given one so called receipt to us but no details of fine there. The receipt number isA989213, I do have original receipt, we were having waiting online tickets of third Ac but he was not listening He was abusing to ladies and me, he literally snatched Rs 1200 only from us, not from other passesngers, he abused us and he step down from train immidiately after he given fine receipt to us, he never checked other without ticket passengers too.
I hereby request you please take necesarry legal action against the ticket checker and intimate me on above address else i have to file consumer complaint against Railway department for abusing and harrasing us during night time and to take illegal fine from us. we were having tickets of third Ac PNR number [protected].
