Indian Railways — grievances of passengers

As per govt initiatives, all financial transactions is being made on line and some changes are deducted for that facilitates.
There is also a facility for online railway ticket reservation. The passengers who are in waiting list, await for their ticket reservation till the prepration of chart/last movement of scheduled departure of the train.in case railway fails to provide any bearth or seat, the ticket must be cancelled before start of tatkal reservation, so that passengers may get their tickets booked in time or may take next decision accordingly, to avoid any harassment.
There must be a provision to provide a birth or a single seat for their poposed journey. Eleventh hour non confirmation of ticket provide harassment to passengers, where to go and what to do. There must be provision for providing help to passengers at this stage. At least a seat in that train in lower class must be provided, after seeking willingness from the passengers.
Further, in case railway fails to provide seat/bearth reserved, the whole amount must be refunded, without deducting any charges.
Recently, i suffer with many difficulties due to non confirmation of reservation at eleventh houragainst pnr no.[protected]. I am being refunded an amount of rs.430/- against an amount of rs.495/- charged from me.
Kindly look into the matter for comfort journey of a helpless passenger. Further more, i will write this grievances to pm office.
