Indian Railways — Harassment, bullying and stalking by a coolie (shirke)

On reaching bandra terminus a collie by the name Shirke was harresing, bullying and stocking my wife and me. He was asking for 1500 for carrying our luggage from platform to the exit. Please take some serious action against such coolies.
