Indian Railways — Harassment in journey with my pet

One day i went t yeshwantpur railway parvel room n asked how to travel with my puppy of 9months.. They said you can book the same day before 2 hours.. We will make ticket for ur puppy... I happily went from thr.. Aftr few days my train ticket was there at 11am. They said they will make ticket before 2 hours so i went there at 7am.. Around 4 hours early so that there won't b any trouble. As soon as i went with my puppy n luggage.. They said you cant travel with puppy.. I was shocked as my ticket was thr at 11am.. They said.. Already someone booked one dog.. I requested them t keep my dog also..in different cage.. They said if other person is ready then we can give you ticket.. I said but told t come bfor 2 hours n i asked yu 20 times yu repeated same thing that we wll do. Now how t go as my tcket s there. I requested to give other persons no. Whose dog is going.. I ll request him to keep my puppy also.. Somehow aftr asking many tyms they gave number. I called mr. Sujit.. He said you can keep.. No issue.. My dog s very friendly as well as yours too so there s no issue.. I told in parcel room.. They turned back their words n said ' no.. We can't allow..3rdly they said if you hav cage, we can allow.. I showed picture of cage in whatsapp n parcel officer aggreed.. He confirmed everything n said he will make ticket.. Everything finalized. I bought the cage n cage came.. Immediately he turned his words, telling we cannot allow as cage is slight big.. I said if its big, its good because my dog will b in confort.. He denied.. As parcel officer said he will gice ticket immediately i kept my luggage inside the train so that he will make ticket n we will enter.. So in talking n denying train left.. I rashed with my puppy n tge seller rashed with cage inside the train we enterred bcs all my luggage was inside the train, i could not leave the train now.. I enterred n tte came n said clearly.. Get down at ranigunte n ranigunte s too far from yeshwantpur railway stn. I was tensed where will i go as i dont know anybdy there.. Whole day passed n ranigunte came at 4 pm... Tte came n said t get down.. I said whr will i go.. He asked me fine of 2, 500/- i agreed but i said will give aftr reaching at destination.. He agreed to sit in front of bathroom... It was so yukky even my dog was feeling very bad n it ws scared too bcs dogs understand all situations n behaviour.. People were coming to wash there hand in basin whole water was coming on my face.. Whoever s going t washroom wss not closing the gate..2 times i vomitted there.. What was this? All these was because f all wrong information given by parcel room.. The happy journey becamd pathetic.. Even at least railways should give some facilities to dog owners n make some arrengement.. My booking was thrre but somebdy else was at my berth n i was spending tym in front f smelly washroom.. Even many tyms i asked in railways on calls.. They dont have any proper information n knowledge abt travelling with dog
