Indian Railways — horrible maintenance

Travelled in 2 tier AC from Chennai to Coimbatore on the 1st May 2018.

Seat no. 9 of A2 coach was torn already. Didn't realise that the berth is full of bed bugs.

Struggled the whole night without sleep until 3 a.m., to finally realise that the cause was bed bugs.

Finally sought help from the TTE who promptly gave me an alternative berth in the next coach.

But this is poor maintenance issue from railways.
