[Resolved] Indian Railways — ignoring a lady patient giving birth from berhampur to delhi!

Before chart prepared pnr status was rac 70. After prepared it was rac again. From berhampur to delhi through bhubaneswar, sambalpur.12 hours have already past but still railway not confirming a lady patient's rac. How can she travel such a long journey of 36 hours to delhi?
How can railway give bearths in subsequent stations as bhubaneswar, sambalpur, jharsuguda etc without ignoring rac lady patient coming from previous station i. E bam sitting 12 hours in in security.

Now she is traveling. I had made complaint whose complaint no is No : W/EO/WAT/000280034 . Says - closing remarks as regret but seats allotted as per availability . My response - After 12 hours too railway can't provide a birth to a lady patient? But can give many to others at other stations after her boarding station .

Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
