Indian Railways — Indian Railway Parcel Service

Dear sir/Madam
I booked my parcel on Indian Railway from gwalior railway station (MP) on 8th may 2017 fo Suraimanpur Railway Station (District Ballia In Uttar Pradesh) via Varanasi Railway Station .The Parcel is yet not delivered to me as 10 days are gone past. Since I'm an army man And I'm completing my holidays what Should I do? Please help me in getting my parcel as early as parcel Named As S K Tiwari.

I booked a train ticket (tatkal) on 12/05/2017 from Chennai central to Pune. It was booked in waiting list. Next day i checked PNR number and it was not confirmed. But my amount was not refunded yet. Please do the needfull and refund my amount. (PNR no: [protected]). Thank you.

Sir i have booked my scooty (MP04 SR8216) from bhopal to get transported to Lucknow through railways on 9thmay'17.
PRR no.[protected] but its still not loaded.how can i check ot
