Indian Railways — Late running of Duronto but food was not provided during lunch time

Train No. 12260. PNR:[protected]. date: 09.05.2017
This Sealdah Duronto was supposed to reach at 12.35 pm but it was 2 hours late and the passengers were not provided any food during lunch time. Labelling it as a premium train, you are charging extra bucks but when it comes to provide better service it is still poor. Why so? Please explain. There must be refund of money that you have charged extra and also for the inconvenience caused.
