Above mentioned complaint number and ticket details for below mentioned incident:

I, Ankur Jain and my dad were travelling from hatkanangale to Thane on 3rd July 2017, took halt at Thane Station at 11:15am and forgot to pick my 3 SUITS (coat/blazer) from my B2 coach seat no B3 and B5. Tried to file complaint but app COMS wasn't responding, tried calling 138 but the number wasn't connecting again.
Requesting the concern department/authorities to kindly help me in finding my lost luggage.
Kindly let me know what action needs to taken next.

Lost bag containing passport in brahmaputra mail on 28th June while coming to Delhi. Bag was lifted that contain ICICI ATM, PAN card, Driving license, Oman Resident card, lifted somewhere between shikohabad and New Delhi. Passport and Omani Resident card most important.

दुर्ग से रायपुर के बीच सुबह 9.20 बजे हजारों शासकीय कर्मचारी बैक कर्मचारी एवं अधिकारी ट्रेन नं.68704 से यात्रा करते हैं।ज्यादातर इस ट्रेन को रास्ते में रोक कर लेट कर दिया जाता है । लोग समय पर नहीं पहुँच पाते हैं।जिसके कारण सेवा से लौटा दिये जाते हैं।कृपया इस ट्रेन के समय को समयानुसार परिचालन कराने की कृपा करें।
