Indian Railways — luggage booked but not unloaded by staff at station | |
Sir i have booked railway luggage service for transfer my bike from pathankot cantt to lucknow nr with receipt no 785968 on dt 22.10.2017 on trian 12238 beghampura express. The luggage will unloading on 23.10.17 at lucknow but luggage staff have not unload my luggage inspite of trian halt more than 30 minutes at platform. They are not even listening any thing.
