I am doctor in bhilai. I had emergency in my home town. I have done a reservation in chattisgarh express from ghodadongri to durg on[protected]. But my reservation not cleared. So i take a general ticket but i am not able go in the compartment due to heavy rush.
Therefore i catch a sleeper coach. Your ticket collector has arrived, and he asked to pay the fine. I told him my situation and i agreed as it was my mistake and asked him for a favour if he can arrange me just some place to sit. He started abussing me by saying bohot dekhe tere jaise doctor fine bhar koi seat nahi dunga. Zyada bola toh police ko de dunga fine leke, apni aukat me reh.
When i asked him the about fine charges, he doesnt know how fine is calculated and started abusing jake pta kar le bohot bada doctor hai na tu, main jitna bol rha hu utna paisa de chup chap. And said jake jisse shikayat karna hai kar de tere jaise chutiye bohot dekhe.
Are these are the manners to talk to a customer. I am ready to give fine i just asked for favour. He can politely refuse me by saying theres no berth available but instead he starts abusing and doesnot know any thing about fine charges and ticket charges.
I dont know he told his name correct or not he told his name was abdul majid and said ukhad le jo ukhadna hai.
Is this the railway giving us the services. If a doctor cant get respect how could a common man get. How are they behaving with the general public.
