Indian Railways — Money deducted from bank but R wallet not credited

Recharged R Wallet for ₹700 on the UTS app. Money got deducted but wallet didn’t get credited. Logged a complaint on Ralimadad (137) and complaint was booked (reference number[protected] but 10 mins after call, received an SMS that issue is resolved. No revert from them yet and amount also not credited back to account.
