Hello sir,
I was booking a ticket from mtj to nzm for 15th sept 2018 in cc in train 12059 by railconnect app.
Mode of payment was bhim upi. I have made the transaction and amount has been deducted from my account (330 rupees) at around 00:49, 9 september, 2018, but the ticket had not been booked (Transaction id: 8252*680). It doesn't show in my booked ticket history. It has been more than 12 hours but money has not been refunded yet.
Kindly refund my amount. Thank you for promptly acting.
