Indian Railways — Money not credited in My UTS wallet

I did a recharge of Rs. 2000 in my UTS walled to book a monthly pass which is still pending it has been more than 4 hrs however the amount is still not reflecting in my UTS account

I transferred money to my wallet on 28th September 2022 but it's still not credited in my wallet. In my bank account it is debited. Pl resolve it urgently. Due to this inconvenience service i could not purchased season ticket by using this app. I purchased it on window as no option and wast of paper
