Sir, i hv booked a motercycle from borivali (Bvi) for delivery at marwar bhinmal rajsthan. By train no.12490. On 11 jun 2017 vide receipt
No (Prr[protected]). But till date it is not delivered at marwar bhinmal. No where about of booked moter cycle known to me, nobody is giving response while asking about moter cycle at railway authority at railway station marwar bhinmal. Please look into the matter and instruct the responsible person for its delivery... With thanks...
