18.7.17 அன்று சென்னையில் இருந்தது குளித்தலைக்கு செல்வதற்காக படுக்கை வசதி உள்ள டிக்கெட் புக் செய்தேன் நான் ஒரு உடல் ஊனமுற்றவன். எனக்கு மேல் படுக்கை தான் ஒதுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது ஊனமுற்ற என்னால் மேலே ஏறி படுக்க முடியாது ஆனால் நான் ஊனமுற்றவன் என்று டிக்கெட் புக் செய்யும் போதே குறிப்பிட்டு இருந்தேன் இருப்பினும் எனக்கு மேல் படுக்கையே ஒதுக்கப்ட்டுள்ளது எனவே எனக்கு கீழ் படுக்கை யை ஒதுக்கிடு செய்யும் படி கேட்டுக்கொள்கிறேன் என்னுடைய PNR :[protected] TRAIN: 16859 Was this information helpful? | |||

Indian Railways customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 07, 2017 Jayashri15's response this was both in abba express between vizag and ernakulam and also in the trivandrum -Guwhati express on the return journey. None of the passengers are able to complete the food. We had to wait for major stations to buy food. Now I have fallen sick, thanks to Indian railways

Food is substandard and very expensive in the train. 155 rs for a VEGETARIAN LUNCH without curd and sweet. Curry is just red chilli water. Surprise raids by higher officials is the need of the hour. They are not showing passengers the menu card also.
