Indian Railways — my traveling bag was damaged by rats while I was traveling by train

And when i woke up in morning and arrived at surat... I found out that my clothes and electrical accessories in my bags have been completely gnawed by rats and later on i realised that my bag too have been damaged from below... I tried to call the customer care but no response have been provided from there side yet... This bag costed me 2800/ inr and i lost clothes and other things summing upto around 6000 rupess... So please i request u to provide me compensation for my loss...
