Indian Railways — No updated display and no announcement for train departure and platform

Sir, today i could not start my journey as train 08354 vm vskp arrival and platform number was not announced at vijayawada station and later at enquiry said it was mistake happened and there were another 4 to 5 members also missed same train. My pnr number is [protected]. I lost my valuable time and money because of railway staff mistake. Requesting you to help me compensating the loss paying lump sum as compensation after analyzing the case. Please find attached the screenshot for your reference.

Updated by venkatkuna The train number and time of departure at vijayawada can be seen in one screenshot and also the date and time of display screen screenshot taken w/o updated departure and platform details can be found in another screenshot. Please analyze and do justice for incinvenience caused because of railway staff mistake
