Indian Railways — non-allotment of lower berths to senior citizen

I have booked 4 tickets in train no.12769 for our journey on[protected]Sunday) from secunderabad to chennai in 3a. All the 4 persons are senior citizens. Our age are 73, 69, 67 & 64. (3 male and 2 female).in the above four persons, 3 persons are patients. Our pnr no.[protected]. Berths allotted in b4 coach. Kindly arrange to change our berths as lower berths. Thank you in advance.

Bed rolls are dirty red circle on bed rolls also little bit wet and smell from bed rolls and coach attendent is no co-opret proper
