Indian Railways — Non cooperation from indian railways staff | |||
While getting a ticket from the atvm machine, the reader on which the card is put, released down and my smart card went into the machine. We immediately complained to the nearby ticket window. He didn't respond at all. And since we were in a hurry to board the train, we had to leave. The smart card is in the machine.
