Staffs booked a parcel in chandigarh 5 boxes of eggs to jolarpettai the rr no is 411859photocopy of rr enclosed and dated
On 11/06/17 by next day on 12/06/17 the train no & train name:12688 chandigarh - madurai express is available at
Chandigarh railway station, the senior parcel officer was refused to send the parcel in this train and he sent 5 boxes by
Train number andtrain name:12288 kerala s kranthi to new delhi and again 5 boxes of eggs were uploaded in trainno and
Train name:12626 kerala express to jolarpettai. The kerala express train was arrived jolarpet on 14/6/17 arriving time
12:33 a. M but parcel staffs were not downloaded the parcel at jolarpet and then train finally arrived thiruvanthapuram.
The parcel was again booked at thiruvanthapuram to jolarpet, the parcel section jolarpet was not informed by
Thiruvananthapuram parcel officer. Again the train went to arakkonam the parcel was downloaded. Then again booked the
Parcel in arakonama the to jolarpet by passenger train on 15/6/17 to jolarpet. Actually my consinement is perishable
Items and my consinement totally became rotten and perished. Due to this carelessness of railway staffs like parcel
Officer in chandigarh, the train guard of kerala express, the parcel officer of thiruvanthapuram those are on duty on
Particular date. Please i lost the amount rs 20, 000 due to careless of duty staffs of railways. Who is responsible for
This loss of money and please take necessary steps against these staffs. Please give back proper answer and what action
Take against those staffs.
