Indian Railways — Non delivery of parcel booking at NDLS to PDY

Consignor mtg learning media p ltd had booked 3 boxes of books to siruvar pakkam (Consignee), puducherry on 13-04-17 to be loaded in rajdhani express from delhi to puducherry on 16th april. While the said train has reached destination on 18th april, the parcel office informed that the three boxes have not been received. Again on 19th and 20th parcel office at puducherry was contacted regarding the missing parcel, but we have not got any concrete answer about the whereabouts of the parcel. Even the online status has no updated info on the parcel. Request you to kindly trace the missing parcel and intimate us.
