Indian Railways — non receipt of parcel against pwb no. a2087874 ex pune to brc

I homi jamshedji dhundadina had booked 04 pieces of house hold kit from pune to brc vide pwb no. A 2087874 dated 11.02.2020 and all the 04 parcels where loaded in front slr of train no.22943 pune indore express.

On taking delivery at brc on 12.02.2020 at about 11.06hrs i was informed that brc has received only 03 pieces.

On constant casing and inquiring on 13.02.2020 at about 17.35hrs by pracel supervisor at brc it was confirmed by surat parcel staff that luggage i. E. 01 piece of pwb no. A2087874 was deliberately unloaded at surat to to rivally between surat and brc parcel office staff.

Surat parcel staff is not re-booking the traced parcel to brc
