[Resolved]  Indian Railways — Non receipt of refund amount

We had cancelled our 3a ticket on 15/04/2017, pnr [protected], cancellation tid no [protected] from jaipur to delhi by train no 19269.
We recd a msg for refund amount of rs 960/- which will be credited to our bank account.
But till date we have not received the refund amount. Pl look into the matter seriously and arrange to refund the same to bank account boi
