Indian Railways — non-refund of cancelled ticket for more than 6 months

Dear sir,

My father, sri debabrata sengupta cancelled one railway ticket in the month of february 2017. Till date the refund has not been done. We have patiently waited for too long, hence we are forced to send this mail to you.

Hope the money will be refunded soon. Please find attached the copy of the cancelled documents for your reference.
