Indian Railways — Non refund of cancelled tickets

I have cancelled tickets on 23/04/2017 of PNR[protected] and PNR[protected] Both was same amount of Rs 1800 each .both have same refund amount of Rs 1040 one of them is credited to my a/c by electronic payments system.pl arrange to credit other amount of Rs 1040 to my a/c .cancelled tickets copy are atteched here with
