Sir,
I purchased one e-ticket pnr no. Is [protected] & position was wl-22. The ticket was not confirmed, i have not got my ticket amount refunded automatically. Rather i have got one mail that amount is not refundable.
I want to ask that you are not able to provide me any seat, and no fault of mine you are not refunding my money.
For complaining you have provided some ph. Nos as[protected],[protected], do you know that if any one ask any question the simply forward the call to an unknown place & there is none to response? I called from my no.[protected]. Several times and all the times the call was forwarded to an unknown place & none was there. Then what for this customer care division? If i am not wrong thousands of people are buying e-tickets and not being provided with seat & the money is being taken by you simply rather pickpocketing, no investment full gain.
Please look into the matter.
