Indian Railways — Not got wheelchair or even plan chair to patients suffering from session in brain

My name is nitu agarrwal suffering from leasion in brain and came for purchasing railway ticket at sitarampur station west bangal as my right side of body not working I request for weel chair in against my Id but station master denied to give and advice to ask plan chair at ticket counter then on reply I told if they denie he told if they will not give do the complain to him then i went with the help of my maid there they told it's station Master authority then i again went to station master for request but this time he started schooling on me and told I can do complain his name is pk das

All this incident happen on 15/5/2017 at 5:30 am
