Indian Railways — Not received my parcel no. [protected]

My parcel no [protected] as attached below. Booked from PNBE on 19th June 2017 to Bhopal Junction. i did not received my parcel. I did complain on favour of Bhopal Parcel office with complain no. W/WC/BPL/[protected] and after receiving of reply I went to parcel off again. But the officers there said to me my parcel is not getting exactly, please do enquirer from Patna parcel office. So, i am now here. Please search my parcel and dispatched to me soon.

I was trevelling on yeshwantpur tata train
And my wallet was theft on the way between bargarh road to sambalpur
There is some important documents and 5000 money was in the wallet
Kindly take some neccesary action against this case.

I am travelling in coach no.B1 Rac 55 train no.22946, one passenger his birth no.56 in same coach is misbehaving and saying we will sit your seat.our birth no.56 but we sit in your seat.one birth alloyed for two passengers, how third person can sit.passenger pressurised me and talking rudly.
