Indian Railways — Not received the tdr refund

Sir, i have booked a ticket from new tinsukia to new delhi by train no. 12423 in 3ac and due to some reasons i preponed my date of journey. so i tried to cancel it through reservation counter but rejected by the concerned staff and i was told go through TDR cancellation as per order by railway board circulation no. 59.ii. hence i had cancelled my ticket on dated 22/01/2017. sir i have contacted so many times regarding the refund amount but they always assured me to get the amount very soon. i will be very thankful to you if you kindly consider upon my poor request. For your kind information, my PNR no.[protected], train no.12423, date of journey 2/3/2017, date cancellation 22/01/2017. DNR no. 060317M17672
