Dear sir,
I am reserve e ticket tatkal but not confirm and my otp vikalp not send any massage my pnr no [protected]. And transaction id [protected]. Iam travelling with my sick dad and senior citizen. And i choose other train for travelling and i pay to tc fine as per rule but tc not allot berth and he give a birth other person for some unknow money. I attach a photo of ticket and fine received. Please take action
