Dear sir,

I have booked (Parcel) my bike hero passion pro from secundrabad to raipur on 3rd of october 2018 but my bike has not been loaded yet, they committed me to load on same date because of direct train available in that route. My prr no.- is [protected], as i am tracking my prr on daily basis but no status has been updated yet, request you to please look into the matter as i am getting inconvenience without bike, as it is getting me costly by travelling on bus to go office.
