Indian Railways — Parcel Complaint non delivery VSKP station | |||
Dear sir, I have booked a Scotty Activa 4G & steel trunk from Asansol to Vishakhapatnam on 31/01/2021 vide RR no.753186 & paid parcel charges of rs.2183 as per the calculation sheet, but the trunk & scotty has not reached VSKP Station till 07.02.2021. At Asansol they were telling that they are loaded on[protected] by Train no.02644 Ernakulam covi-19 special . When I contacted the authorities at VSKP Inward parcel office, they said that the trunk & scotty has not been unloaded at VSKP station due to overloaded, When I asked that how can I get to know when my trunk will reach VSKP and where it is now the parcel supervisor said that they cannot tell where the trunk & scooty is now and when it will reach VSKP, the parcel supervisor said that they do not have access to get information where the trunck & scooty is now Sir I am attached receipt of the parcel booked at Asansol .If possible I want to lodge a complaint against parcel service of indian railways and I request you to please do the needful.
