My name is bhanu dixit and i booked 2 box from pune station to jhansi station at 28/07/19 but it has not arrived jhansi till 5/08/19 please help me to get my parcel because it contains some important stuff of my office if i didn't get that i may loose my job. Please please help me

We travelling from Mys to tpty reserving our seat but here coach is fully filled with un reserved people's why should we book our ticket reserve our seat for this type of journey why Indian railways not responding why receiving extra money from reserved people's why tickets giving to this lot o[censored]nreserved if seat not available PNR-[protected]
