Dear sir,

I have sent 2 parcels with old books from newdelhi to vijayawada on august11th. Prr number is [protected]

Parcels are not dispatched yet for no reason. The railway officials assured that parcels would be dispatched on august 11th itself. (I refused to pay bribe for the same.)

I have upsc exam within few days and i urgently require the books.
