Indian Railways — parcel not reached to destined railway station

Dear sir/ma'am,

My bike was booked from jalgaon railway station to agra cantt on 01/10/19 by goa express 12779 but the bike not been received yet at agra cantt parcel office.

I have contacted multiple times to cps agra and cps nizamuddin delhi but no response yet. Not even the current status.

Request you to check and update.
