Indian Railways — parcel not received by train | |
Sir, my self anu rs, am serving in indian army, now posted in missamari (Assam). I have booked one maestro edge scooter (Regd no: kl26k3389), one steel box & one trolley bag (03 items) vide lt3 from kyj (Kayankulam) to rny (Rangiya) on 15 dec 19 by train no 12515 (Tvm-guwahati exp). Lt3 no : 536562 dt 15/12/19 and paid charges of rs 5380/-. I got a confirmation from kyj rly stn, that the parcel has been dispatched on 15/12/19 by train no:12515. But till time parcel has not received to me, neither comes at rangiya. I have constantly contact with rangiya rly parcel office by going there and phone, but they are saying the parcel in questions has not been received. Then after i contact the next station guwahati and the last station silcher, the answer was same. Kindly look into the matter & do the needful to enable me to get luggage at the earliest and without any further delay. I would very much thankful for your kind co-operation. Regards anu rs...
