Indian Railways — Parking charges has been forced to the customer who came to drop another passenger

Hi team,

My friend came to drop me at the kavali railway station, parking guy came and forcefully charge 8/- rs.

We complain to station master but no response from him, we got the answer "railway is running lack of the budget so rules have been changed" this answer embarrassed me.

Could someone please let us know is this true? Dropping passengers also charged?

Updated by viswanath singh This Photo guy is the parking maintenance guy, talking very rude and saying that "tell to anyone I don't care".

This is a ridiculous answer. Someone, Please respond. I want to take this to central railway minister.
